Guided Tour: Challenging Beauty - Insights into Italian Contemporary Art

Join NTU Museum on Wednesday, 9 May 2018 for an exciting visit to The Parkview Museum Singapore. You will be guided on a tour to view the private art collection of one of the most prolific art collectors in Asia, the late Mr George Wong. The exhibition Challenging Beauty – Insights into Italian Contemporary Art showcases an extensive range of contemporary art that encompasses different schools of artistic thought and practice.

Curated by internationally acclaimed curator and art historian Lóránd Hegyi, former Director of the Museum Moderner Kunst Stiftung Ludwig Wien and Le Musée d'art moderne de Saint-Etienne, the works in this exhibition aim to provide a better understanding of the post-World War II art movements in Italy and challenge the viewer's perception of beauty.
