Guided Tour: Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum
Join us on a guided tour to the Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum. Opened since 2015, the museum boasts a large collection of millions of specimens from the Southeast Asia region, which it inherits from the former Raffles Museum of Biodiversity Research and the old Raffles Museum - later renamed as the National Museum of Singapore. Designed with a focus on heritage and scientific research, the 16 thematic exhibitions feature plants, amphibians, mammals, dinosaurs and an exhibition tracing the natural heritage of Singapore.
After the guided tour, take a walk outside the museum to visit the four thematic gardens. See different native and unique plants in different habitats, and learn how they have transformed and evolved with times.
