  1. I am unable to submit my application due to an error message. What can I do?

    This may be due to your application form being incomplete. Please ensure that you have filled in all mandatory fields in the application form.
    Please check that you have completed the Criminal Records Declaration as well. This section can be found on the "Programme Enrolled in NTU/Declaration" page.

  2. I am unable to rank my program choices during the application stage. What should I do?

    Ranking is compulsory in the application portal. You will not be able to rank your application choices only if you have already received an outcome from NTU for your application. Your applications will be assessed separately by the different schools. If you are selected by both schools, you may receive multiple offers and may proceed to accept 1 programme as your final choice.

  3. I missed uploading some crucial documents during the application stage. What should I do?

    You may go to the application portal and select "AFTER Submission of Online Application", then select "Upload any other documents".

  4. When will I receive my offer letter?

    Offer results vary for different programmes. You may check your application status via clicking 'Check Status'.

  5. How do I accept my offer?

  6. Can my application results be expedited?
    The university handles a large volume of applications, each carefully reviewed. We aim to provide the outcomes as soon as they are available. To check the status of your application, please visit this link.
  • How do I apply?

    You can submit an application online at NTU Graduate Online Application.

  • I have submitted my online application, but I cannot find the payment link.

    Please make payment at the same link you used to apply: NTU Graduate Online Application.

  • I do not have a passport. Can I still apply?

    International students are required to provide their passport number. If you do not possess a passport, you may alternatively provide your national identification number.

  • How can I apply for both CCDS and MSE programmes, and can I select them as my 1st and 2nd choices on the application form?
    You would need to submit two separate online applications. You can apply at NTU Graduate Online Application. 
  • How do I send my ETS test scores to NTU?
    You may upload your ETS test scores via the Online Application Form.
  • What internet browsers are recommended for submitting my application?

    It is strongly recommended to use Internet Explorer 8.0 or above when accessing the Graduate Research Admission System.

  • Can I use mobile devices such as tablets and smart phones when applying?
    It is strongly recommended to use a computer or laptop when accessing the Graduate Research Admission System.
  • Do I still need to apply to NTU for admission if I have been awarded the SINGA scholarship?
    Yes. You will still be required to complete the application process for admission to NTU.
