A comprehensive Inclusion & Integration Framework is also set in place which provides an overview of a student's journey as they embrace the essence of inclusion and integration.
Health and Wellbeing
NTU puts an emphasis on student and staff's health and wellbeing and is committed to promoting a positive work and learning environment for all. Each and every one of us in the University has a role to play in ensuring that NTU is conducive, safe and free from harassment. As part of our onboarding exercise, all our NTU staff are required to undertake the compulsory training module on "Anti-harassment at Our Workplace". Additionally, staff and students are encouraged to undertake the "psychological first aid" programme launched by the University Wellbeing Office to help both staff and students navigate how to handle stress and uplift others who need emotional support.
The University Wellbeing Office (UWO) is the central care and support provider on mental health and wellbeing to all staff and students in NTU. The focus areas include:
- Counselling, Psychological Services
- Proactive and Preventive Programming
- Critical Care and First Responder Support
- Community and Volunteer Programmes
