Which aspect of this certificate do you like the most?
The courses in Specialist Certificate in Data Centre (Facilities Ops) cover the theoretical and field knowledge that can be applied to my current job as a Facilities Engineer. The courses are taught by experienced lecturers with an engaging and interactive approach. They always encourage me to think outside the box. Being able to access the lecture recordings at any time and communicate with my lecturers via email also enhance my learning.
Describe the factors that led you to choose PaCE@NTU.
PaCE@NTU supports lifelong learning by offering a diversity of programmes and courses for us to upskill in emerging fields such as data centres. In addition to the SkillsFuture funding and subsidies available, I was attracted to seize this opportunity to upskill myself with PaCE@NTU. PaCE@NTU also arranges webinars with speakers from industry partners such as Facebook and CBRE to bring us insights from the data centre industry.
How do you find studying in NTU?
Studying in NTU is interesting for me because I can access NTU libraries with excellent study environment and abundance of information resources. The industrial experienced lecturers also give me the confidence that I am in good hands.

EM9107: Environmental Health and Safety Management course lecturer, Mr. Ang Fui Gan, delivers interesting and interactive classes by incorporating his experiences into his teaching. He encourages us to ask questions and provides us clarifications with his expertise in the field. Moreover, Mr. Ang is knowledgeable in EHS topics which makes me look forward to attending his classes.
