Throughout my professional career, I have accumulated great experience in project management roles, working on a variety of projects in a variety of industries. As my work evolved, I realised the value of continuing education to keep current in the project management landscape. I decided to pursue the FlexiMasters in Project Management at a critical juncture in my career, when I was looking to advance my capabilities and widen my knowledge. Recognising the certification’s flexibility and broad curriculum, I saw it as an opportunity to expand my knowledge of advanced project management principles and practices, allowing me to take on bigger responsibilities and flourish in my future pursuits.

Which aspect of this FlexiMasters did you like the most?

The certification’s extensive curriculum, paired with its flexible learning style, enabled me to delve into advanced project management principles at my own speed while juggling my professional and personal obligations. What were the challenges you faced when trying to complete this FlexiMasters?

Starting this FlexiMasters provided its own set of obstacles. Balancing my career obligations, personal commitments, and demanding schoolwork required careful time management, discipline, and perseverance. Adapting to an online learning environment necessitated self-motivation as well as the ability to focus in the face of distractions. Furthermore, grappling with complex project management concepts and effectively implementing them in real-world circumstances necessitated persistence and critical thought. However, these difficulties eventually turned into chances for advancement. I overcame those barriers, improved my understanding, and emerged with newfound resilience and a sense of success which I believe I am ready to confront future career challenges.
