Since its inception in 2013, NTU’s Public Policy and Global Affairs (PPGA) Programme has been equipping students with the interdisciplinary expertise and practical skills needed to analyze and address complex global challenges. Designed to bridge theory and practice, the programme prepares students to navigate the dynamic landscapes of politics, international relations, public administration, and policymaking.
With a diverse and comprehensive curriculum, PPGA cultivates critical thinkers and thought leaders capable of designing impactful policies and sustainable solutions for pressing societal issues. Graduates are well-prepared for careers across the public, private, and non-profit sectors - both regionally and globally.

Excellence in Research
Research at Public Policy and Global Affairs (PPGA) is driven by three interconnected focal areas: Global Asia and Asian Regionalism, China Studies, and Public Policy in Science and Technology. These themes guide our commitment to producing impactful, interdisciplinary research that informs policymaking and addresses contemporary global challenges.
PPGA has launched major research projects in key areas, including:

- The Rise of China and Its Global and Regional Impact
