Teacher Leaders Programme

The TLP is a series of 3 programmes that develops leaders on the Teaching Track (Senior Teachers, Lead Teachers and Master Teachers). It is aligned with the Teacher Growth Model (TGM), which aims to nurture teachers as ethical educators, competent professionals, collaborative learners, transformational leaders and community builders.

(TLP1)		10-week full time

Designed for Senior Teachers.

At the end of the 10-week  face-to-face programme, participants will resume duties in school and pilot their group research project which they will present six months later.

Teacher Leaders Programme 2 (TLP2)10-week full time Designed for Lead Teachers and includes an overseas learning component.
Teacher Leaders Programme 3 (TLP3)To be confirmedDesigned for Master Teachers and more information will be provided when it is launched.
