The Elemental Analysis (EA) Facility hosts a PerkinElmer 2400 Series II CHNS/O Elemental Analyzer (2400 Series II), which can be used to measure the carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, sulfur and oxygen content of a sample using the classical Pregl-Dumas technique. The instrument is configured to measure samples in CHN mode.
