Certification Letters
The University offers certification letters to certify status of students in the undergraduate programmes (Bachelor's Degree) and g raduate programmes (Master's Degree, PhD Degree & Graduate Diploma).
For past graduates and withdrawn students of part-time Bachelor's Degree programmes, please contact your School:
- School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering
- School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering
- School of Computer Science and Engineering
1. Request via One Stop @ SAC for the following categories of students:
- Current Students
- Current Year Graduates
Processing Time: 1 to 3 working days
You will be notified via email when the letter(s) is/are ready for self-printing.
2. Request via Service Desk Form for past graduates (except for part-time Bachelor's Degree programmes)
3. Request via Email for:
Please provide the following information as registered with NTU in the email:
- Full Name
- Matriculation Number
- Programme of Study
- Date of Birth
- Email Address
Processing Time: 3 to 5 working days upon receipt of complete information
