The STDP is designed to nurture within you a strong sense of purpose and empower you to use your talent(s) to stand up for worthy causes.
Through curated learning opportunities that emphasise continuous reflection, experiential learning, and leadership development, you will get to develop competencies that prepare you to be proactive enablers of society.

Delve into the vibrant world of creative expression and cultural appreciation in the arts. Understand how sports can foster physical well-being and communal spirit, and explore various forms of community engagement that support social cohesion and civic participation. Explore sustainability through the lens of innovation, economy, and community engagement, aligned with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
Uncover opportunities that can tackle challenges which communities, organisations, and countries face today. Transform innovative solutions into business ideas or startups.

Eligibility Criteria
- NTU Undergraduate, Year 1-4 of any discipline
- Able to commit to the full duration of the programme (approx. 1 year)
We will be looking out for individuals who:
- Want to turn their passion into purposeful action;
- Want to put their talents to good use to benefit society; and/or
- Have experience/exposure in any of the listed domains

For confirmed participants, attendance at the STDP briefing and the first Catalyst workshop on 13 September is required.
