Documentary spotlights impact of changing Arctic on Southeast Asia
The Earth Observatory of Singapore (EOS) at NTU has launched its latest documentary Polar Impact Asia on 1 November (Tue), which highlights a new Singapore-Norway climate study on the impact of the changing polar region on Singapore and Southeast Asia.
A collaboration between Singapore and Norway, and led by the EOS at NTU, the 30-minute documentary follows NTU’s scientists as they embark on a journey to the Arctic region, where climate change is happening faster than anywhere else on the planet.
Follows scientists from the EOS as they travel to the Arctic region to develop research collaborations that will help better understand rising seas and their impacts on communities in Singapore and Southeast Asia in this documentary.
