LKCMedicine White Coat Ceremony 2021

NTU Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) held its White Coat Ceremony for the Class of 2026 on 1 September.Amid the ongoing battle against COVID-19, the school welcomed 168 medical students - its largest cohort to date. The ceremony, a momentous occasion for newly-matriculated students, signifies the beginning of their journey in the medical field.


In a speech to students, NTU President, Professor Subra Suresh highlighted the university's commitment to a well-rounded education. "You can be assured that your life at LKCMedicine will not only be about the pursuit of knowledge that will enable you to practise medicine, you will also be trained to become the next generation of thinkers – healthcare practitioners who are able to innovate in the face of new challenges in a post-Covid world," he said.
