Working towards good governance for the common good
In recent years, the world has been grappling with global challenges such as the pandemic, climate change, and heightening geopolitical tensions. Against this backdrop, good governance has become more pertinent than ever.
To look at how governance and policies can help to build resilience, sustainability, and inclusivity to better manage such challenges, the Nanyang Centre for Public Administration at NTU Singapore co-organised the Lien international Conference on Good Governance 2023 on 25 – 26 Aug.
At the opening day of the conference, Mrs Josephine Teo, Minister for Communications and Information & Second Minister for Home Affairs, delivered a speech on good governance in the digital age.
Other keynote speakers at the conference included Mr George Yeo, former Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Mr Desmond Tan, Minister of State in the Prime Minister’s Office.
