Programme Overview

The NTU Management Associate Programme (MAP) will be your gateway towards a world of opportunities in higher education management at NTU. It is a 2-year programme covering two 9-month rotations within NTU’s corporate functions, and a 6-month professional attachment to an external organisation.

What is the selection process like?

To select the best talents to join our Management Associate Programme, our selection process evaluates candidates based on their competencies and personal qualities through a series of interviews, psychometric tests and interviews. 

What is the size of each cohort?

About 15 to 20 Management Associates are hired every year.

What are the salary and benefits?

We offer a competitive starting salary to attract young talents. If you have past working experiences, you will also be remunerated accordingly. Bonuses and increments will be tied to personal performance. 

If I am selected for the Management Associate Programme, will I get to select the department that I am sent to?

To help our Management Associates build a broad spectrum of skills through rotations in different job functions, we offer postings that align with their overall career aspirations, while considering the needs of the University.

Do Management Associates who have completed the programme undergo a different progression pathway from other full-time hires?

At NTU, the career progression for each employee is dependent on their work performance, demonstrated skills, competencies and ability to take on greater responsibilities. We believe in fair treatment for all employees based on merit.
