RE@NTU Programmes
The Residential Education (RE) framework introduces defined structured learning programmes and activities into residential halls which are conceptualised and driven by the Senior Faculty-in-Residence (SFiR) / Faculty-in-Residence (FiR) to help students develop the NTU Graduate Attributes and achieve personal and intellectual growth. Residential Mentors (RMs), through sharing their experiences and perspectives as graduate students, support the Hall in the planning and implementation of these activities.
To complement these programmes, learning spaces have been set up to encourage creativity and interdisciplinary learning. The themes and activities covered by each learning space are shared among clusters.
As part of the developments in NTU Residential Education, new halls will operate immediately on the RE@NTU model. Existing halls will undergo a phased transition to the new system over a few years.
