| Book Appointment for Pre-enrolment Medical Check-up @ Raffles Medical Clinics (RMG) | 2 to 30 June 2026 | From May 2026 onwards | https://www.ntu.edu.sg/admissions/undergraduate/freshmen/health-screening You may complete your medical check-up at Raffles (RMG) Singapore Clinics or Overseas Clinics. Book your appointment when you receive notification from RMG: Singapore Clinics – click here and follow the Booking Guide. Overseas Clinics (China, Hong Kong, Japan, Vietnam) – Contact the clinic directly by telephone or email. This option is not available for Medicine or Chinese Medicine students. Note: You must print and complete Part 1 of the Medical Check-up Form (MC1 Form) and bring it on your appointment day. Refer to the MC1 Form Guide. You may complete your medical check-up at any non-RMG medical clinics/hospitals in overseas or Singapore. If your check-up is at a non-Raffles Medical clinic, show Part II of the Guide to the Physician completing your form. You will need to scan the completed form and upload it together with the x-ray to RMG at http://ntuportal.rafflesconnect.com/.
