Information for Graduates
NTU Convocation for the Class of 2024 will be held from 23 July to 2 August 2024 at the Nanyang Auditorium.
Important Dates
| 15 May - 30 June 2024 | Make appointment via Serangoon Broadway homepage to place order for your Academic Dress. |
10 – 24 June 2024 | Register your attendance via Convocation Online Form. Ballot for an additional guest invitation. Results of the ballot will be announced by 17 July 2024. |
11 June – 21 July 2024 | Collect your Academic Dress from Serangoon Broadway.

17 July 2024 | Check your NTU email for your assigned ceremony details, QR code and guests tickets. |
23 July – 2 August 2024 | Attend your Convocation Ceremony. |
From 07 August 2024 onwards | Graduates who are not attending Convocation: Collect your official documents at One Stop @ SAC (on an appointment basis). |
01 – 31 August 2024 | Return your Academic Dress. (if applicable) |
