Name of the competition: Bank of America x National Human Resource Case Competition 2024

About the competition: The NHR Case Competition was hosted by the NTU Human Resource Consulting Club. The competition required participants to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges within the HR industry. Participants were challenged to devise innovative solutions that would significantly impact the firm's diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) strategy.

Product/Proposal:  The team, LM Consulting, proposed 3 innovative solutions to address the case.  They are: FlexiWork, designed to achieve the optimal balance between remote and in-office work arrangements; AI Audit & Upskill, which addresses key challenges such as AI bias, privacy, security, and job security; and Care for You, aimed at combating mental health stigma in the workplace. The judges commended the team for its well-thought-out solutions, rigorous analysis, and engaging storyboarding.
