The panel features leaders from the industry, academic, and government agencies to discuss the cultural and structural changes needed to drive the wheel of change to close the persistent gender gap in STEM. They will share the best practices, strategies, insights on women’s development to empower women in STEM and Singapore and highlight how the community can join hands in shaping the future of women in STEM.

There's no question that girls and women continue to face barriers every day that go above and beyond the need for encouragement when choosing a STEM career.
